Unfortunately, there was one manager who needs help "listening" to the customer and not trying to talk over them, who was overly confident, acting like a know it all (you weren't even close to what you thought you knew)(it's ok to "admit" you don't know somthing) and trying to hurry and move on. She did it on the phone AND in person. Sorry we bothered you. J.C.P., spare me your canned response.
- KFKevin FisherNov 14, 20252.0This place really needs to come up to 2025, if you make an online order you have to wait in the checkout/order line at the front of the store...plan to wait a very long time....nothing is a rush....it's like going back to the 1970's, with my Mom to pick up a catalog order....get more help at the front area...and this wait in line to ask to pick up your online order, then move over to the mannequin area and wait for an associate to bring it up and just hand it to you....so much for needing an ID and the credit card.....and they never have more than 2 employees working at the register upfront.... honestly hang it up like Sears and Kmart
