- JFJackee FordDec 26, 20251.0Absolutely no call for putting someones expensive arrangement on the Ground outside the recipient door.. then to have someone offer to refund the shipping cost when I call in, and wanted to speak to an supervisor and wasn't even told I could, or to call back... When in my book, I should have gotten a full refund, or even offered to re pick it up, and send out another.. totally unacceptable.. sad that I spent my money on something that, I would have liked delivered to the recipient, not left on the wet nasty ground.
