I was planning on purchasing a boat from this location but due to current reviews on Google Maps I decided to delay my purchase. I am local and probably will wait till next spring to see how the current issues would be resolved. Hopefully, management will take care of their current customers and I will be a happy boat owner soon.

Went here to get help setting up a newly purchased compound bow. We'll I got the two new guys in the archery area and they messed up my bow. Didn't set my correct draw length, set my draw weight to 58lb when I asked for 65lb, backed my limb screws out unevenly and torqued my d-loop which is causing my bow string to twist. They let some associate just come practice cutting my 100$ arrows which are different lengths and my inserts are off. Stay away from this shop if you want your bow set up correctly. Very poor quality. They just hire anyone to work the archery shop and no supervision of the new staff.

I want to say that before today I bought all my hunting fishing and boating needs from them I went in to buy a new gun today. I would say I have purchased about 25 guns from them in the past few years When filling out the form I checked no on a question by mistake. 100% my fault. The manager of that department informed me because of me hitting no instead of yes on the question I am not aloud to purchase any more firearms from any Cabelas or Bass pro for life. I would understand if they said 30 or even 60 days I couldn't buy a firearm from them but for life is a joke. So I know it is no big deal to them but they have lost all of my business. That comes out to be about $16 to 18 thousand a year so please don't ever send me a text or any mail again. I will be canceling my credit card and my wife's That is only about $26000 on our limits . Once again I did hit the wrong box but for a life time banned is outrageous. The question was Are you buying the gun for some else or for you. WHAT A JOKE Jeff Maloney

I purchased tracker boat v16 WT at 35685 Chester Rd, Avon, OH 44011. After the first fishing trip, I started experiencing issues with the electric anchor. When I arrived at the service center, I was informed that they would handle it under warranty. A few days later, I was notified that the case was indeed covered by warranty, and after several weeks, the part in the anchor was replaced under warranty. The following year went smoothly. About two months ago, I noticed water beginning to accumulate in the boat. Initially, it was a small amount, so I didn’t pay much attention. However, during the next outing, water started accumulating rapidly, and the boat began filling up quickly. After reaching shore and lifting the boat (which is always stored on a trailer), I noticed several cracks in the front part. I went to the service center, described the issue, and also mentioned a broken seat and a sticking shifter. The technician asked me to remove everything from the boat and leave it with them. I lost the boat for the second time. A few weeks later, I was contacted and informed that the seat had been replaced, the shifter repaired under warranty, but the cracks were not considered a warranty case, as they appeared likely due to a collision with something in the water (there were no scratches or signs of impact). They offered to repair it through insurance for $3,500 — I declined. After bringing the boat home, I removed the deck and found an un-welded reinforcement, and the cracks were exactly beneath it. I returned to the service center, showed everything, and it turned out no inspection had been done before — they just took external photos and sent a report to the factory, which led to the warranty denial. Now, a new request has been sent to the factory, and even if the case is recognized as a warranty issue (the hull shows signs of metal deformation — wave formation, and cracks), the repair and replacement will take around 6 months! The boat is one year old and was purchased new. To be continued...
