I've ordered several things from these guys. They have tons and tons of products and selections& always good prices.

Explained the situation and employee was extremely rude and told me that there is nothing she can do. She can't look up the gift card. I then called the customer service # on the gift card email and asked if they could just get me the gift card numbers. Was told that no, they get their gift card from a third party company and don't have access to that information. Needless to say, he didn't purchase anything and I will never buy a gift card from this store again. I am a Bass Pro Shops/Cabelas customer, not a customer of the third party processing place. The store itself is a very neat and fun experience. However, the way the agent handled the call in the Avon location and the lack of help from anyone regarding a gift card makes me hesitant to shop here anymore.

This lady with dark short hair very rude pretty much told me “sorry shoulda booked a reservation on line” saying they were too packed too have us see Santa when in reality there was maybe 8 families in line. I will never be back to this store and the woman working the Santa stand.. do better
- EVEthan VozarDec 14, 20251.0THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME!!! I Placed an order for a firearm online and went to pick it up. Since I get one day off per week and it’s a little over a hour drive. So I took the trip in a snowstorm. When I got there at 4:30 I checked into the que with maybe 4 people in front of me. So I waited patiently, some customers actually came by and sat there for 5 minutes unacknowledged looking at the guns on the back wall and turned to me and asked “has anyone even helped you or asked if you needed anything either” to which I said no. Then they walked away. At this point I have been waiting for an hour and the same couple same back, looked at me like they just saw a ghost and said “have you seriously still not been helped?!?”. I said no lol. About an hour and 40 minutes go by (not exaggerating) and they finally get to me. Then come to find out there was an issue with my address so I could not get my order. So at this point I asked for a refund accepting defeat and a depressing pointless visit. I asked if I needed to go to customer service. The guy replied yes. So I go up there and no one was there. Waited 5 minutes. A lady comes up and takes my order number. “If you are returning a gun you have to go back to the gun counter” I explained he sent me up front so then she took my paper with order number goes to the back and disappeared. Then some manager comes over with some tone after 15 minutes of sitting at that counter and finally processed my refund. I do not understand why on a Sunday evening close to the holidays you would have 1 or 2 people working a whole gun counter when you know it’s going to be busy and it’s a reoccurring problem with other reviews…
