I called and asked what to do, and the lady one the phone was very rude and scolded me. she told me that i had to come in the store. it’s 30 minutes from me… and it wasn’t my fault. i didn’t put in the wrong information. the customer service there is a joke and foul. the lady who answered the phone needs to not pick up the phone. and they need a new routine when this happens because it’s not fair customers have to be the one to fix the employees problem. driving 30 minutes to fix her problem when a girl just yelled at me on the phone.

He not only helped find styles and sizes, he actually pitched in as a stylist to help choose the best looks possible for the occasion! He was constantly around to offer help in any way he could, leaving us with a satisfied purchase that we couldn’t have possibly found without Garrett! There was another girl whose name I missed, with glasses and dark hair cut in layers. She went out of her way to offer me a stool as I was waiting outside the fitting rooms. She also helped find the cash register, and when the cashier was not present, she stepped up to help us check out our purchase so that we are not left waiting for the cashier to come back. She was very sincere and kind, really wish I could’ve asked for her name. American Eagle has some great and passionate employees such as Garrett and the girl I described above! Great work you two!

I gave her my order number, she couldn’t find it. She continued to interrupt me as I was asking questions, getting angrier with every question. They charged my card, but cannot find my order.
