She was very rud, behind 3 people in line and then said everyone line up against the wall making us 20th in place..so we just left the cart abd left. Ny dad got to the car thought he keft his keys so i went back inside she sniked as she said she had no idea where the cart was and dismissed me and i said you have no idea? She smiked and said nope didnt see where they took it. So i said im getti g my dad then, she yelled security!!! By the time i went to go get my dad he had found them. But that was insane. Angel is a horrible human and a sad excuse of a employee. Ill never come there again because how they treated us paying customers who lost out on hundreds. Good job angel!

Stated she was in accounting at corporate located in Youngstown and was just at this location to help out. They did need all the help they could get. It was VERY crowded and hard to move around. I gave it 4 stars, as I feel there should be a limit on how many people can shop at once. I had an issue at checkout when the cashier forgot to use one of my coupons (that saves $70). She had to get a manager to fix. Not a biggie.
