I asked if a bicycle can be returned, when answered with a Stern "it can NOT be returned if it is ridden" then being agressively questioned by another as I am attempting to leave empty handed. You could say that I feel, belittled, disrespected as a customer, and humilitated by asking a simple question. I was trying to buy a bike, not be interrogated.
