- CPChuck PerinoMar 18, 20261.0I ordered custom blinds. And verified 2 times before placing order of the size i was ordering because they are custom fit. The blinds arrived the wrong size. Penny acknowledged the mistake the new blinds were correct. I was told to return the first set to the store. I brought them to the return counter and the staff that has no knowledge of the situation said I could not return them and would not let me explain the situation without interruptions. Every one in that dept, Just rude on evey level, not one of them knew their job or how to do the return. According to the reviews they know how to loose customers very well. Im done with Penny's and will never shop at Penny's again. Stores need customers more then customers need Stores like this.
