She is both professional and easy to talk with. Her smile is beautiful. She didn’t speak over me with her opinions; but rather, listened to my ideas of what I wanted in glasses. Personally, glasses need to compliment my complexion and also look fabulous when I use them as a head band to hold my hair back. I initially sold on a white pair of Prada’s with square frames when I noticed a new pair of Gucci. It had their logo on BOTH sides (which is essential when I flip my hair) and the colors were amazing! She complimented how radiant they looked on me. After that; I knew she deserved a spectacular review for this location and the attention of the General Manager. “Promote her to a higher status level.” Bravo! 📌 I was not compensated for this review.

- MMM MJun 1, 20191.0The employees are very inexperienced and rude. And on this visit unfortunately, Justin M. was more concerned with talking with a friend rather than helping us. He even asked the female clerk to take us because he wanted to do so. He literally was still there talking and ignoring customers 35 minutes later. We asked his name because our intent was to call a regional manager and we will. However, we felt it may be a good idea to leave a review as well. Beware of Sunglass Hut, they are not selective at all when hiring. The clerk literally bent a pair of sunglasses I was buying when she was fitting them.for me. Needless to say I did not buy them.
