  Friendly service but not always the best products. We've ordered tables and chairs 3 times. They make pick up and drop off easy and the staff is really friendly. The problem is they give us severely broken tables with sharp, jagged broken points. We always have to spend a lot of time taping them up so that no one will get hurt or clothes will not be snagged. The chairs are always dirty from mud and bird messes; I have to clean them before guests can sit. These rentals are not cheap. For the price, I feel like they should at least give them a quick cleaning and also do a better job of inspecting for major damage before sending items out. I expect "generally" clean and intact pieces so I'm not spending hours doing it myself. I appreciate the service they offer and how well they have their processes down. Keep the caveat that you will need to spend a good chunk of time on cleaning and repairs during your setup.
