  Autum went above and beyond for me today to find my son the perfect suite for his big day I really appreciate her because his event is tomorrow and she helped me find the right price and size.Thank you she is the best will be back!!

  I've been shopping here for years and years. I appreciate them being a standalone JCP that continues to thrive and still be open with so many retailers shutting down. There's always some nice garments I can find at this location at a very reasonable price. I will continue to patronize as long as the doors remain open.

  My boyfriend and I went here to get Valentine’s day photos done! I came prepared, but the photographer Jay was fantastic for more inspiration. The area was clean and quiet, with everything set up and ready to go. She was so kind to us and genuinely seemed to enjoy working with us and her job, and it felt like no time at all to get through the bundle of photos. Jay was very sweet and swift when it came to minor posing corrections and moving props, etc. Could not recommend you get photos done by her enough!

  I have been a Penney's customer for decades. Unfortunately, the last 3 times I have visited the Fairlawn Penneys, a woman who is the HR manager was working cash register. She basically accused us of stealing underwear. We were trying to make an exchange for the same three undies in a different size. She wouldn't look up my reward number, and refused the exchange. Another worker, Maddison, was able to look us up, find the receipt, and make the exchange. She came over and said to him sharply, "I'll talk to you about this later." It didn't end there. On a different date, I went with my kids to exchange pillows we bought for my husband. We wanted to exchange them for softer pillows, but when we walked in we heard the same female HR manager say to another worker, "I know this girl. Don't let them exchange without a receipt." In the middle of our transaction, which did include the receipt, the worker she had talked to interrupted the one helping us. She said loudly, "What is going on over there? Do they have a receipt?" It was awkward, rather embarrassing, and frankly absurd. There is no reason to treat customers in a manner that makes them uncomfortable and want to shop elsewhere in the future. Rather than exchange the pillows, we ended up doing a return. We'd rather not be treated like that by a store which has had our patronage for these many years. Shameful treatment of customers. Kim
