  The thing I loved the most about coming here was when I was treated like a criminal, scammer, thief, etc for simply trying to complete a job. Come here, by all means, if you like to get profiled while doing an honest job. Manager Natalia should probably complete an HR sensitivity course to learn how to treat people of ALL walks of life that come to this LL bean. Ironically, my family have always loved this brand, buying bean boots and tote bags when needed, even suitcases, but I’ll be sure to share this humiliating experience with them, as well as the warning to stay away from this location, as people of certain skin tones are clearly unwelcome, and treated as such. The young male store associate (whose name I didn’t catch) was pleasant to deal with, however.

  I walked into LL Bean just to kill time one afternoon and walked out a genuine champion of the brand and its clothing. About a year ago, I visited the Ridge Hill location and was immediately greeted by one of the most hospitable and gracious customer service managers I have ever encountered, Nicholas. He was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, charming, and genuinely helpful. I was so impressed by him that I briefly considered offering him a position at my own company, as he truly represents what a great manager and employee should be. Since then, I have also met Marcos, Cri, Natalia and others, and every time I walk in and see them, it is an absolute delight. I rarely write reviews, but after yet another satisfying shopping experience, I felt compelled to share this one. Great store, even better people. Excellent job by everyone at this location.

  Marcos in the shoe department was great, quick service and funny. Store was clean and very homey. Quiet environment. Would shop again. Shout out to Marcos. Merry Christmas.
