The person on the store lie to me, I went there to get a replacement because my glasses were scratched, I have insurance, only supposed to pay the copay $40, the guy at the store told me that I purchased my glasses on sale and that I had to pay the difference on the sale with the retail price, but the insurance doesn’t say that, it only talks about the copay…

When I arrived on a Monday afternoon at 1:45 PM, there was a sign in the window that said be back soon. I don’t know what kind of business closes in the middle of the day and does not express what time they are going to be back. It is really bullshit that I am sitting here in American Eagle waiting for these people to open. Literally in the middle of the day.

I had a terrible experience at Sunglass Hut due to the behavior of the employee named Saja. From the beginning, she was rude, condescending, and had a completely inappropriate attitude for someone working in customer service. Instead of being helpful, she seemed annoyed at having to assist me, responded with a bad attitude, and was unprofessional throughout the entire interaction.

It was a great experience, from the time when I was window shopping for sunglasses, to the time that I made it to be the place for picking up what I orderd online and also purchased my husband's pair, and to the time that I needed to return my online purchase for trade in style, employees, especially Chris, are very helpful and knowledgeable of the products and very informative and accomodating, never felt rushed...
