  Vanessa was such a great help! (Including the other staff) Especially while I was pumping my breast milk for my baby. I got the two pair of boots and there’s always a sale! Thank you Vanessa!

  I came to the store 15 minutes before it closed (8:15) and they already had their doors closed before their closing hour of 8:30 PM. There were still employees in the store, the young lady did not want to open the door so that I can make a quick purchase of an item that I knew they had in stock. Business hours are placed for a reason and I understand everyone wants to go home early but the reality is, this is retail and the customer comes first regardless. This store lost revenue and a client for being lazy and not honoring their store hours. A purchase would have taken less than 5 minutes of their time. Management should speak to their employees.l about this asap!
