i went shopping for decor at the hoe depot and when i walked in there was a stench, like a very horrible odor i started coughing up like an old lady with tuberculosis i couldnt stand the smell so i ran to the other side of the store and tell me why the stench was still there. like, there was no escape girl i was fighting for my life but the stench was everywhere i went like my ex from 2015. anyway i found the products i was looking for but tell me why the cashier was having an attitude like excuse me. then she revealed she was actually elizabeth eden harris (cupcakKe) and i literally screamed so loud everyone in the store ran outside and then me and elizabeth eden harris stole all of their wigs. i loved this place but u guys need to fix that stench it smells like absolutely dry puss. love this place tho and i will be returning <3 xoxo ~ urs truly, trisha paytas

It can be difficult to find street parking in the area, and there is a $5 charge even for very short stops. More flexibility for quick pick-ups would be appreciated. Additionally, the parking lot is often full and could benefit from better maintenance.

Ridge Hill has a lot of potential with its seasonal events, and mostly well kept shopping area. Its downfall is parking and security, which is horrendous enough for me to consider RH as my last option for shopping. The parking garages are tight and winding, patrons often speed around each other while people are entering and exiting spots, making me fear an accident is imminent. Security is nowhere to be found in the garage, or even on the streets of Ridge Hill. Security will enforce the pay gate, but not safe driving, or those that are double parked within the shopping center causing traffic jams. Additionally the elevators are frequently out of order which is frankly unacceptable when you have a medical facility on site with doctors that are seen by an older population as well as pediatrics. (Not sure how wheelchair users or those with strollers are supposed to utilize the stairwells?) Given how much this facility makes in parking fare alone the lack of functioning elevators and security staff is disappointing.
