- EME. MJul 27, 20251.0If I could do a zero rating I would! The store worker was extremely rude and unprofessional regarding the order. I understand it’s a franchise but if it is not operating to standard of Edible Arrangement company, it should be revisited to train properly. The caller specifically barking order that “I better pick up my phone for the delivery or he is going to leave the order wherever” and said “if you don’t like how I am talking it’s not my problem because that’s how I talk to all customers.” I asked for the order to be cancelled because I will not support a business that treats their customers in such a manner.

The employees are very rude, I tried placing an order for my colleague’s birthday, not only did they give us an incredibly hard time but the employee that assisted me told us THE ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST, yet I’ve visited her house plenty of times! The entire experience was not only frustrating but exhausting. Their behavior is not very kosher; in the end my colleague was devastated since she never received her special gift! Edible Arrangements seriously needs to look into this location because they’re are just bad business overall!!
