Whenever I need quality shoes at great prices, this store never disappoints. During a recent visit, I picked up a fantastic pair of New Balance shoes for my son and brought my daughter along with me. Unknowingly to us, she accidentally left her wallet in the store. We didn’t realize until we got home, and after carefully searching through every place we’d visited that day, except DSW, we assumed it was gone for good. Just when we had lost hope, a mysterious package arrived in the mail from DSW. At first, I was confused since I hadn’t ordered anything. But when I opened it, I was stunned. Inside was my daughter’s wallet, completely untouched—driver’s license, cash, everything still there. The honesty and care shown by the DSW staff truly moved me. They didn’t just provide great service during our visit—they went above and beyond, proving how much they value their customers. Thank you, DSW, for your integrity, kindness, and incredible service. You’ve earned a customer for life.
