The product I was looking for showed up online, but I couldn’t order it in-store instead of just leaving it at that, Nikki and Anthony took the time to call customer service and even check with other stores to see if they could track it down for me. Anthony gave me so much confidence when I was trying on jeans, offering honest feedback and making me feel great about my choices. Nikki was incredibly patient and kind, never rushing me and making sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Their customer service was truly outstanding they turned what could have been a frustrating shopping trip into such a positive and enjoyable experience.
