The staff is incredible and were so kind, the interior was well decorated and festive. Will be coming back soon to try some other treats !! 🍓🍫💝😋

- HCHanna CarneySep 18, 20255.0I ordered a Cookies & Swizzle Berries® Gift Set [Happy Anniversary Wrap] for my grandparents. I selected same-day delivery, but I still called in the late morning to make sure I had placed the order correctly because I was anxious about it all working out. The guy on the phone was enthusiastic, clear, and reassuring — he emphasized that the strawberries are organic and the cookies are baked fresh day-of. When my grandma called later in the day, she said it was all delicious — and that the person who hand-delivered the package was very nice and even wished them a happy anniversary (after reading the message I sent!). In the photo online when I ordered, it seemed like the “set” would include 4 cookies and 6 strawberries (see my screenshot attached). It actually came with 8 strawberries! The only problem was that it seems as though my grandparents didn’t ultimately receive the card. I submitted a form to customer service to see if that were still possible. The fact that the gentleman on the phone and in-person wished them a happy anniversary is what keeps this review a solid 5 stars!
