Reading reviews I would never go but I’m so glad I did, my wife and I were met with the most welcoming and loving staff, however Gerald stood out because he wasn’t even out original sales person and yet he remembered our names and was amazingly helpful. Don’t let the comments distract you from exploring your own experience. Let’s not forget to mention Rokia and Pricilla but realistically the entire staff are so knowledgeable and helpful.

He explained the process of the line and gave us an option to receive a text if we did not want to wait. We decided to wait and the line moved quickly. We were assisted by Diana who immediately introduced herself, offered us beverages and asked what we were in store for. She explained the TEI Levels for the outerwear and encouraged us to try several styles on. She introduced us to both assistant managers, Priscilla and Tiara! The entire team gave us an exceptional experience! I cannot wait to come back!

My husband and I have always been fans of the brand, but this staff makes the experience even better. From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Rokia was incredibly kind, Gerald was knowledgeable and patient, and Priscilla went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. You can tell they all really care about what they do. It’s rare to find a team that makes shopping feel this easy and enjoyable. Because of them, we left not only loving our purchases, but loving the experience. Truly outstanding service all around. Highly recommend! I understand why one has to wait online can be frustrating but they offer hand warmers. It’s worth the wait.

She was so incredibly patient with my family and knowledgeable on all things Canada Goose. The wait on line was long but it was definitely worth it. Priscilla made sure to get us the best deals. She is absolutely pleasant to work with and has a wonderful, cheerful spirit. I’ll most definitely be returning and recommending this location to my friends.
