  Terrible service we were outside in the cold waiting to get in! 28 degrees for an hour. An elderly man was in the line with us. I could not believe they would let their customers outside in the cold waiting that long.

  Certified Customer / I’ve never seen such exceptional service as the service provided at the Canada Goose outlet at the Woodbury Commons. First, we were greeted by a very sweet gentleman named Sky, who handed out hand warmers to the customers waiting on line. They also have heating lamps set up outside. It began to drizzle, and Sky offered umbrellas while we waited. when we made it inside, we understood why there was a wait. You basically have your own personal shopper. I cannot express enough, how annoying it is to visit some of these stores during such a busy time of the year and not have anyone help you or deal with someone who couldn’t care less. When we finally made it inside, We were greeted by one of the managers, Priscilla. She made the experience extraordinary and so much fun. She offered us water, still and sparkling! She made us feel like a guest in her home and wasn’t forceful like other sales people are in these luxury stores. We could tell she genuinely cared about our experience and our needs for our trip to the Switzerland. Unfortunately, they were out of the sizes we needed for myself and my husband, but I had to leave a review for the store. People like Priscilla and sky are rare in this field. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

  If you can, definitely avoid this store. The attitude of the ppl working here explains why the stock of Canada goose is dropping. Though the hours say they open until 9, they won’t actually let any ppl in starting 7:50. We’ve been told to wait in line but after multiple groups coming out, no one let us in.

  Disappointing and Unacceptable Holiday Experience Called the Canada Goose Woodbury Common store on Christmas Eve to confirm closing hours before driving nearly two hours from NYC. I was told they closed at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:40 PM and was refused entry because they apparently “lock the doors at 4:30”—information that was never shared. I returned after Christmas and had to wait outside in freezing weather for over an hour while it snowed. Although there were standing heaters visible, only one worked and it was placed by the entrance for the door staff. The rest of the line—several layers deep—had no heat at all. After finally getting inside, they were sold out of the size I needed. This was avoidable, poorly managed, and unacceptable for a luxury brand.

  Terrible service! In winter, there's a long line outside, yet the place is empty inside and they won't let you in. The staff dismissively claim they're short-staffed, but three or four servers are just standing around chatting!
