My family of five waited outside for about 20 minutes while several customers left, which made it seem like we’re opening up. Then an employee came out with an iPad to take names and put people on a waitlist, like we were lining up for a steakhouse. We decided to leave after waiting, and two minutes later they allow the woman who had been standing right behind us in. Really disappointing experience. They just lost a loyal customer and his whole family.
