  The White Plains, NY Nordstrom is a relatively nice comfortable place to shop; however, customer service is frequently horrible. Today, April 16, 2026, I finally got a helpful friendly agent at the register, his name was Adrick. Normally, the sales representatives are always too busy having personal conversations with their colleagues, looking away, and responding to your question(s) with an attitude as if you asked them to sign up to work. For the most part, this is one place to shop where you feel like you are in the right place. If you want something to be ordered that's not in the store, the sales rep makes the experience smooth and worth the trip. Taking a trip to the Westchester, White Plains, NY, location is a wonderful experience, i cluding the mall and surrounding area, very clean and beautiful. This Nordstrom is connected to a beautiful mall, and the area offers various types of restaurants and places to sit and eat after shopping. After shopping at this Nordstrom, which is very clean, including the restrooms, it's a great day to spend making memories, or just out strolling with your loved ones or friends. As I stated earlier, most of the time, shopping at this Nordstrom my experience was always disappointing, but today I finally got someone who appreciates their job and offers help to the customers. By the way, as I was waiting to be attended to, I was observing sales rep Adrick, he was very professional with the previous client/customer, so triple CHEERS to Adrick for making today's trip to Nordstrom wonderful. I definitely recommend this Nordstrom, but hopefully, customer service at this location will improve. Thank you CB

  Yesterday I visited the store to buy Kurt Geiger bag $278 ,I looked at Bloomingdale's since Nordstrom does a price match and found out that Bloomingdales have the bag for 20% off and they will give you $50 Promotional Gift Card. I spoke w dept. Manager Spencer and assistant store manager Christina and I was told that they will match the 20% off. Store manager Natalia Ojeda called me and was willing to give me 35% so the price of the bag will be $180.70. I was ready to go and get the bag when I got a second call from Natalia telling me that she is not willing to match the price with Bloomingdale's!!! So unprofessional team working at this store especially store manager that does not follow policy and procedures and was very rude on the phone. Nordstrom has always distinguished itself for its excellence in customer service which unfortunately does not exist anymore!

  Yesterday I visited the store with the intention of buying a gift for a friend of my daughter. Unfortunately, my experience in the area of perfumery and cosmetics was extremely disappointing. In the fragrance section, two employees - one sitting and one standing - completely ignored me even though I passed in front of them on two occasions waiting for some attention. When I went to the makeup area, the situation did not improve: the staff present showed an apathetic and distant attitude. They seemed to be more focused on their own conversation than on assisting customers. I was sad to perceive that the attention seemed to be conditioned on the physical aspect or the visual 'budget' of the customers, because I was not the only person ignored at that time. It's a shame, because in previous visits - usually during the week - I have been attended by older ladies who are a true example of professionalism; they offer delicate, friendly and unprejudiced attention. Nordstrom has always distinguished itself for its excellence in customer service, but experiences like this demonstrate a lack of warmth and respect that did not exist before. I hope you can resume the standards of attention that used to define this store.
