  Terrible. Dirty. Shoe section always in disarray. Staff don’t seem to care or simply do not perform work keeping store pleasant. Pathetic custoner service — long line, long wait - when staff cares more about unpacking inventory when a very long line of customers checking out is right within her sight; one steps out of her register for whatever reason and for a long time. When she returns after 20+ minutes after I ask for a manager to speak to about putting more than 2 working staff at check out — she counts the one person doing ONLY the unpacking as a registry person. What is this store’s concept of custoner service??? Clearly NO CONCEPT at all. Either retrain the terrible ones or replace ASAP. The store owner should be able to track and tell from their cameras who needs to be replaced!

  Very disorganized store. Children’s clothes on women’s racks, shoe sizes messed up and in wrong size racks, single shoes everywhere. Some good deals but nothing to rave home about. Tried to ask several “so-called” managers about a discount on a knitted item which was torn and needed a simple mend by hand, which I could have done, but none of the staff were willing to discount the item for clearance. I was told it was going to be thrown out if I didn’t want to purchase it at the tagged price. Similar items were being sold in the store and cost less than the item I was inquiring about. I cannot understand how the store is willing to take a complete loss on something yet not allow a discount. Common sense is definitely not common at the floor level of this outlet.

  The store have some wonderful items and they always have great deals, the cashier older man with the gray hair gave me racist vibes at my check out he wouldn’t even give my receipt back to me in my hand , he placed it on the counter. I love the store but will not get on his checkout line again !!

  Check-out takes forever. Selection is what you'd expect, pretty crappy but honestly good for gym clothes or if you're a really big fat dude.
