My husband purchased a $1,000 pair of pants with tailoring, expecting quality and professionalism. Instead, we were met with utter disappointment. After receiving the pants, there was a hole—unacceptable for such an expensive purchase. He made two separate trips to the store, spending hours trying to resolve the issue, only to have the manager offer a “quick fix.” That so-called solution? An embarrassingly obvious patch that made the pants look even worse. It’s beyond frustrating—he essentially threw $1,000 in the trash. The level of incompetence and lack of care from the staff is appalling. This was, hands down, one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
