I ordered an item and requested and paid for overnight delivery on a wednesday. It was set to deliver thursday. My event was sunday. I spoke to multiple customer service representatives, all of whom made mistake after mistake and ultimately on Saturday it had not even shipped. Had to cancel and run around all day to find something else somewhere else. Shop elsewhere.
