However I’m only giving this place 3 reviews because the mall can be bigger but also BE WARNED of the security guard (Specifically he was an African American,a bit heavy Young Man)in the Blue Parking lot (level 4). Very unprofessional, aggressive, gave me a racist impression and literally yelled at my whole family on the top of his lungs saying that we couldn’t park at a vacant spot (he also seemed a bit high). There were no cars in sight and just yelled aggressively for us to leave the area. He made no sense whatsoever! Holiday Parking is a madhouse at malls but this made it 10X worse

- DPdq PeeksDec 13, 20255.0I'm not a big or regular shopper but went to The Westchester for Christmas shopping Saturday in the afternoon. I have to say the staff impressed me. Not just the people in the stores. The mall had people in the parking garage on every level getting people in and out. Inside extra security guards more than once helped me find a store without me asking, just saw the I'm trying to find something look on my face. They really have it together here and deserve some recognition. I'd recommend to a friend without hesitation.
