    My case ripped just a few weeks after purchase. I stopped by and an employee said he couldn’t give me replacement, to call RayBan and see what they could do. I left disappointed. My wife works in the mall and a few days later Monty, a manager at this store chased her down and handed her a new case. Thanks, Monty, that was a 5 star move for sure.

    I would not buy from this store if I found my favorite glasses half off. The sales woman was extremely rude and stood over us and kept asking us to put germ x on or we couldn't try anything on. Which is fine for covid but she was rude about it. Also we tried on glasses then she told us we had to put them in a tray after we had tried them on and asked which ones we tried on so we couldn't enjoy our experience because we were made to go back through the store and pick out the ones we tried.

    Bought a pair of Oakley glasses here recently. Before the purchase I was assured the purchase included a case. It wasn't until afterwards I find out the "case" was only a cloth sleeve. It would have been fine had they just been honest from the beginning however I feel like they lied to make the sale. When I mentioned my feelings to the salesperson I was greeted with attitude and a sense of gang mentality by the other employees. They literally crowded around so as to intimidate me. Horrible business practice and they certainly don't care about the repeat customer. I'll stick to Amazon.
