  It was a great experience, Our Sales rep was knowledgable and patient in helping us make the correct choices. He even was able to share some discounts and advised on mays to save a little money. We always have fun when visiting Sunglasses hut.

  (One by the elevators) It would and will fly over the head of the main person working in there, but I was completely set on spending hundreds of dollars for an upcoming trip on sunglasses. However, because of 2 different and overly assertive comments (1 about not knowing the difference between biking and cycling, which he didn't let go of for over a minute, and 1 yelling about him being on the phone and not being able to hear), I am now willing to risk going into direct Sun sunglass-less rather than give him my service, that's how bizarre he was.

  Women BEWARE. I have never written a review before but I felt like I needed to. I have never encountered a more unprofessional and disgusting sales associate than Montel at the White Plains location. My girls and I regularly visit this location but after a couple of incidents, we are staying far away from this store. A few months ago, I was unfortunately “assisted” by this man. After trying on a few pairs, he offered some assistance. He was immediately flirtatious and overall very weird towards me. I felt uncomfortable and decided to not buy anything at that time. I left and thought maybe I overreacted UNTIL a few weeks ago I went back with some friends and he was there again. While we tried on pairs, I could feel his gaze stalking us. Things got worse when he came over and asked if we were looking for anything specific at which point I noticed that rather than making eye contact with my friend, his eyes were lingering too long at my friend chest. After he stepped away we were all in agreement that we had been ogling us. We left and did not feel comfortable buying anything with him. Never have I ever experienced something so sickening and borderline predatory before while trying to just shop. This is upsetting and disappointing because ive never had a situation like this before and I dread the idea of going back to the store and being “helped” by that man. I am shocked that Sunglass Hut allows someone like this to work for them, do they not do any form of harassment training??? I really hope that no other woman experiences what we did while just trying to buy some sunglasses.

  Extremely poor customer service and manager had 0 interest in helping me. Very unprofessional and would not recommend going there. Also just a heads up that there is two sunglass hut and it’s the one right next to elevator

  My case ripped just a few weeks after purchase. I stopped by and an employee said he couldn’t give me replacement, to call RayBan and see what they could do. I left disappointed. My wife works in the mall and a few days later Monty, a manager at this store chased her down and handed her a new case. Thanks, Monty, that was a 5 star move for sure.
