The insurance feels misleading I was told I could pay the difference for a new pair, but now that seems like a bait-and-switch. There was only one associate working the whole store, trying to help five customers at once. He was doing his best — but that’s a management issue, not his fault. For a high-end store in the Westchester Mall, this was disappointing.
