  Very helpful and kind associates, the store was very clean. I just wish they had more sizing options, we were able to order online but I wanted to try in store first.

  I had such a great experience at Lululemon m thanks to Tracey From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations without being pushy. She knew the products really well — from sizing and fit to explaining the differences between materials — which made the whole process so much easier. What stood out most was her positive attitude. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my choices, and you can tell she truly cares about giving customers a great experience. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way she did. If you’re shopping at Lululemon, definitely ask for Tracey — she’s amazing!

  Re: Lululemon at The Westchester Mall in White Plains, NY: I had an outstanding experience with Justin Muhammad who is an associate working the floor and register. He was very polite and informed about the products. He assisted me with all requests in a friendly and kind manner. It makes such a difference in the experience! I actually left the store when I finished, and ended up coming back because of this feel good moment, to then purchase a down vest. Thank you Justin, most appreciative.

  I’d like to take a moment to leave a message of gratitude for the sales advisor named Sunny! She truly is amazing and such a delight to work with. I first visited this Lululemon location back in September or October and was a bit disappointed in the quality of a piece I’d gotten online. Sunny took her time in working with me to make an exchange for a more suitable piece. She truly superseded any expectations I’d had before visiting! Ever since, I specifically visit this store in hopes that I’ll have the delight of working with Sunny again. As she goes above and beyond to ensure the clients satisfaction by the end of any encounter. Highly recommend, she truly is a gem! 💎

  I had a great experience at this Lululemon store! On Christmas Eve, I realized that the online Lulu store had sent me the wrong item and I wouldn’t have a gift for one of my family members. Ricky at this Westchester store went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and stayed calm and patient even though the store was packed. I’m so grateful I chose to go to this store. It felt personable and organized even at the busiest time of the year!
