  I have been here many times before but this time was a little weird. Seemed very selective, I wasn’t greeted upon entering which I understand it may have been a little busy. I wasn’t greeted upon browsing for awhile before anyone got to me. When he did, I asked him for a specific bag. While looking at a bag he left to go to another customer. I waited for maybe 10 minutes for him to get back, when I signaled at him he gave me the 1 minute finger to wait. I left!

  I’ve been to this Louis Vuitton location numerous times and always have a superb experience. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to walk in the first time, but my experience each time is nothing but warm, welcoming and the sales associates go the extra mile, from my experience. I especially enjoy working with Gigi (and so does my pup, who often comes in with me). Even when I don’t make a purchase, I never feel pressured. My only gripe is that they have a limited shoe collection available in store, but they’re always willing to search and have whatever shoe shipped to me.

  This place have the worst customer service, I brought a wallet and went home and I start putting my cards inside the wallet and i didn’t like the way the cards fit in there so I went back to exchange and they said I can’t bc I put my cards inside. Now I’m stuck with a wallet that doesn’t fit my cards well. Do not give them business and I would never go there again. I am soooo mad 😡

  All sales associate's need immediate retraining or replacement. Rude unprofessional behavior, this is not what Louis Vuitton stands for. Travel to the NYC or New Jersey avoid White Plains LV. Don't go out of convenience, order online!
