She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didn't even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they weren't helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancy's kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.
