When it came time to pick up, they couldn’t find the ring, gave me numerous excuses ask me to come back after 1.5 hours I was told I needed to reorder wait a couple of days for it to arrive. decided to just get a refund. I needed the ring for that weekend was very disappointed with the experience.

I had been researching a product online but wanted to make an in-person purchase. I was instantly greeted with a smile, as I entered the store, by Almina. She had the bracelet I wanted and graciously showed me other options, each a work of art. I prefer dealing with an associate who makes purchasing a special gift a breeze. Thank you Almina and David Yurman of The Westchester.

My sister and I went in to purchase matching rings today and the customer service out of McKayla S was unbelievably rude. She made snide, know it all remarks and showed very little concern with our experience. If this was all we would’ve been fine but to top it off, we walked out of the store and went to put on our rings and the rings were never placed in their boxes. We had to turn around and go back to the store to get them. And once we got there she had lost the rings and we stood there while nobody seemed concerned that we had just made a purchase and no one could find the rings. She instead gave us entirely new rings because she never found the ones that she had originally given us. At the end of the day we got our rings but really absurd and unfortunate experience for something that was supposed to be really exciting for us. Do not recommend going to this DY
