I called the store once or twice during that time to check on the status, and each time I was met with impatience—staff seemed eager to hang up and cut the conversation short. When the shoes finally arrived, I was shocked to find they were clearly a returned, used pair—scuffed, worn, dirty on the button, and definitely not in new condition. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my husband, and instead I received someone else’s dirty return. When I contacted the store about this obvious mistake on their end, I was told they couldn’t do anything unless I brought the shoes back in person. The problem? I don’t live in the area. So now, because of their error, I’m expected to go out of my way and be inconvenienced just to fix their mess. Extremely disappointed with both the service and the handling of this situation. I will not be shopping here again.
