- RGRyan GuinnOct 12, 20251.0This is honestly sad. Bucherer used to have top notch sales associates. Just sent into the Westchester mall store to inquire about a Rolex 36mm OP Pistachio for my wife. The original SA was great. I told him that I had issues with my last 6 purchases of brand new Rolex. Mainly movement problems. Then a red haired, glasses wearing SA chimed in. “Maybe you should just stick to quartz”. So I replied with “so I should sell all of Vacherons, AP, Pateks etc and be happy with my Rolex’s being 70 seconds slow a day?” He said yes. I asked for his name and he only said “Chris” and refused to give me his last name. How this guy has a job is beyond me. As I walked out, another shopper stopped me and said “I can’t believe he said that to you”. I’ll be posting this on all the watch groups I’m a part of unto this ginger is terminated. Update. I’ve been reading other negative reviews and this SA has come up before. Apparently the owners of this branch are afraid to fire this guy. As the owner of a business myself, he’d have been gone a long time ago.

He took the time to understand what my wife was looking for and helped her pick out the perfect watch. His professionalism and warmth made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We would definitely recommend anyone to visit this store and ask for Benedict—you’ll be in excellent hands!
