  I was very disappointed in the service, I went in 2 weeks ago. The employees by the front were on their phones, we weren’t greeted, when asked about sizes I got an eye roll and she asked “don’t you know your size” I left to research on my own. Came back a week later with what I wanted and that same employee on her phone, no greeting from anyone. I noticed they greeted certain customers and bent over backwards for certain customers. The nicest person was the cashier, she offered to get what I needed from the back bc she noticed I wasn’t satisfied. Glad I saw the products in person bc now I can order online instead.

  Over €1,000 Not Refunded – Extremely Disappointed (Order #31310034) I am extremely disappointed with Alo Yoga. According to DHL Express tracking, my returns were successfully delivered to the seller on December 15, 2025. The tracking numbers are: 2534203906 (DHL Express) 2145393935 (DHL Express) Despite confirmed delivery, I have not received a full refund to this day – the total amount in question is over €1,000. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was provided with two return labels and properly shipped both packages back. However, only one item from the two packages was processed and refunded. The remaining items were apparently misallocated internally, which has resulted in complete confusion. I currently have neither the merchandise nor my money. For weeks, I have been in contact with customer service, but I have not received a clear or satisfactory resolution. Instead of support, this situation has caused nothing but stress and unnecessary effort on my part as a customer. Initially, I was truly impressed with the brand – the quality and image were convincing. However, the way this return has been handled is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high order value. At this point, I can only advise customers in Germany to be cautious when ordering, as in case of a return, you may end up waiting weeks for your refund. Order number: #31310034 I sincerely hope this issue will be resolved promptly.....

  Worst experience ever! That’s why I never come in store. Manager very rude and lack of costumer service. Rather shop online. Made me waste 20 min.

  had a great and easy experience with customer service in the store. My exchange from an online purchase was smooth and although they didn’t have the item size in color in store they ordered it to my house and it arrived the next day - super quick!

  True review is 0. My wife called the store to see if they had a particular pair of pants in stock. The employee said yes and said they would hold the pants till closing. This is 12/23 at 2 pm. I got in my car from NJ, 2 days before Christmas, crossed the Tappan Zee bridge. Then fight a parking structure for a spot. To only find out when I get to the store, had nothing was held. I was asked who my wife spoke to, the manager rudely told me he has 32 people on staff. I let him know I would have never driven in from New Jersey if this wasn't held for me. They offered me different sizes and styles. How does somebody who works in a fashion industry or for somebody different sizes? I can see a different style even though I was there for a particular reason but not size. No apologies offered just a really busy. Not sure what would have changed if I give the name of the person but I can tell you, every experience I've had in person at an Alo store has been absolutely awful. I think they must go to retro fitness to get gym fit people to work there without asking any qualifications or if they don't have to speak to human beings. I'm done with this chain. Don't see how they will last in the retail environment.
