  had a great and easy experience with customer service in the store. My exchange from an online purchase was smooth and although they didn’t have the item size in color in store they ordered it to my house and it arrived the next day - super quick!

  True review is 0. My wife called the store to see if they had a particular pair of pants in stock. The employee said yes and said they would hold the pants till closing. This is 12/23 at 2 pm. I got in my car from NJ, 2 days before Christmas, crossed the Tappan Zee bridge. Then fight a parking structure for a spot. To only find out when I get to the store, had nothing was held. I was asked who my wife spoke to, the manager rudely told me he has 32 people on staff. I let him know I would have never driven in from New Jersey if this wasn't held for me. They offered me different sizes and styles. How does somebody who works in a fashion industry or for somebody different sizes? I can see a different style even though I was there for a particular reason but not size. No apologies offered just a really busy. Not sure what would have changed if I give the name of the person but I can tell you, every experience I've had in person at an Alo store has been absolutely awful. I think they must go to retro fitness to get gym fit people to work there without asking any qualifications or if they don't have to speak to human beings. I'm done with this chain. Don't see how they will last in the retail environment.

  I had an amazing experience at Alo Yoga Westchester! The store itself is beautiful, clean, and well-organized, and the selection of yoga and activewear is incredible. I was honestly a bit overwhelmed at first with all the options, but Jadius and Violet made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and were genuinely friendly throughout. They even convinced me to choose my new runners over my OnClouds which I never would have thought of myself but now I can’t imagine wearing anything else! Their advice really made a difference, and it felt personal, not just a sales pitch. It’s rare to find staff who are both knowledgeable and actually care about helping you find the right fit.

  Bad experience at the store, customer lost! I received a wrong item in my shipment and drove to the store right away to rectify… only to be rudely turned away, given a customer service number. It would have been such an easy fix at the register - take back the item erroneously sent, and replace w the correct one. But no, the manager says she simply can not do that - so on top of the shipping dept mistake I got chided and turned away at the store. ALO Yoga - what a turn-off!

  I have never thought I would rate this location a one, I love the location don’t get me wrong. It’s just that I have to call out this one new girl who just stood there like a sitting duck at door on Sunday evening when I asked if someone can bring out a polar fleece sweater and I had to wait 20+ minutes. I had to ask another employee for it and they asked me who helped me and I said I asked the girl in front and she isn’t using her walkie to communicate. And there was another customer who had the same issue with this girl, the two employees me and this other customer asked for help told us she is new, please train the new people better…she didn’t even greet at all upon walking in. I understand it was busy that night but it shouldn’t have to take 20+ minutes to wait, when other back room people take 10-15 to grab what the floor employees ask.
