I had such a positive experience here. Months, maybe even over a year ago, I left my information to receive a Wimbledon. I had a very specific spec that I wanted and lo and behold, I was given a call when it came in.
Christian was extremely easy and professional to work with. I traded in my other Rolex and was given exactly what I wanted for it for trade in value.
Will continue to be a customer here.

I set up expectations from beginning: my birthday/ our wedding anniversary is coming- show me only what you have available in the store. My husband got one from Manfredi/ New Canaan day before -all with sparkling water, chocolate, little Prosecco celebration and travel package, which made whole event really special for us. 🤩
On another hand at White Plains location , Chris showed me few and ended up he needs to ask manager can he sell it (???) and he will let us know today( Sunday ) or until Tuesday. We went home and half way back, he said we can come back, which we did. Sale went through but NOTHING close to experience from New Canaan location: not even water , no chocolate, no Prosecco no travel package. Very “ plain bagel “ experience 😔. Ended up, if you’re buying it and prices are the same, buy where they will treat you well. No one is buying Rolex every day. It’s special watch and deserves special attention and recognition from retail store which we saw 2 different experiences in 2 days, back to back. White Plains location don’t be cheap!!!! Spend few bucks for water and Prosecco

The assistant store director Derick reached out to me to personally apologize on behalf of the store, and that an internal meeting was held to address this incident. Given this response and my prior positive interactions with other SAs (Matt and Ben), I am upgrading my rating from 2 stars to 4.
Original review:
I visited this AD yesterday and witnessed a very strange/sad interaction between a SA and another customer. When I arrived there weren't any free salespeople so I wandered around the store to entertain myself in the meantime.
As I made it over to the Rolex section, a SA (whom I've never met or spoken to) was showing a Datejust to another customer. The conversation was largely around sizing, colors, bezels, pricing, etc. The SA gave the usual "I'll register your interest" and "this is a difficult piece to get" song-and-dance which didn't seem to bother the customer.
The conversation shifted to GMTs as they walked by the corresponding display case. They began discussing the various color configurations, which naturally led to the Pepsi. The SA showed the customer a photo on his phone, which got the customer very interested in that configuration. He subsequently asked to be put down for the Pepsi.
As it sounded like they were wrapping up, I overhear the SA say "So I have you down for a DJ 41 mint fluted bezel jubilee, a sub, and a Pepsi" while reading off his phone. The customer confirms and their conversation continues. At this point I had sat down in a chair by the entrance.
The SA walks the customer out exchanging usual pleasantries. As soon as the customer was out of earshot, the SA turns to the security guard and wryly says "Look at this guy's list," turning his phone towards the guard. The both started laughing and shaking their heads.
I didn't have chance to internally process what I had just witnessed because another SA (who I have met) came over to help me. After leaving I kept thinking about this interaction and the sour taste it left in my mouth. I never expected to see the manifestation of the stereotype of ADs looking down upon their customers.
Part of me wishes I looked for the customer afterwards to give him a heads up, but maybe they'll read this review.
It's disappointing.

My faith has been restored in Bucherer and really only due to the phenomenal service I received from Jayden. I know NYC and Westchester are busy areas with plenty of demand for Rolex in particular but Bucherer's Bryant Park 42nd street location has had me on a waitlist for over 2 years with no call, follow up, or checkins. Speaking to Jayden about my challenges and getting on the waitlist at this location was wildly different, like a great sales person Jayden was able to keep proper track of his client list and actually followed up once the watch I wanted became available and it was my turn. Again, a huge difference from my experience at the Bryant Park store. I am an avid watch collector and would happily purchase multiple brands from Jayden at this location again! Thanks Jayden!

I am writing regarding my Omega watch which I dropped off on February 7, 2026, to have the bracelet repaired.
I recently received an email outlining six different service items along with pricing; however, none of those services were requested, and the bracelet repair I originally asked for was not mentioned at all. My only request was to have the bracelet fixed. It is clear that your team does not fully understand or follow the customer’s specific requests, which is unacceptable for a company representing high-end brands such as Omega and Rolex.
