She said it was very nice and going to make them happy. 🙄 Not the case, chocolate from the pineapple slices that I paid extra for was melted onto the plastic wrap. The delivery person apologized, said it was fine when she left the Shop, but it’s hot out, she had her AC on though. Nice try but epic fail. New photo added. So very disappointed in what was delivered as a condolence gift. I have received and sent arrangements before and this by far is the worst arrangement. I was embarrassed by what was delivered. Nothing like the small arrangement displayed online. And this is after adding the chocolate covered pineapple. On top of that I placed the order 2 days prior. At 3:15 pm I called to check as the tracking only showed that my order was placed. I was told the order would be delivered between 5 pm & 6 pm and then he switched it to 4 pm & 5 pm. He then asked me if the person was home. I didn’t know so he said he’d call. He then proceeded to tell them they would be there at 5 pm so they stayed home waiting. Didn’t show until 6:30 pm! Why call and set up a time? An hour and a half later? They should have called with an update. Won’t be using them again.
