I was quite disappointed with the lack of winter boot options with a snow storm approaching but settled for the only one available in my size. Upon checkout, she eased my anxiety instantly. Without me asking, she looked up if available sizes for another boot I wanted were at other locations, she confirmed that the boots I selected would comfortable in the snow by looking up its description, she was friendly and extremely patient. I really appreciated her hospitality and felt much better leaving with my purchase. She's the only reason I gave more stars than the actual store deserved.
