She didn’t even look at us, and in a rude tone told us directions to the restroom so fast we couldn’t even make out what she said. So we ended up finding the way ourselves because obviously there wasn’t much friendly customer service going on..

The dressing room on the "normal" side of the store was closed 45 minutes before the store closed so trying on sizes across the store required unnecessary extra trips across the store. The cash registers closest to the exit were either closed or occupied by employees engaged in conversation rather than helping customers, so the only customer checking out was not served at the most conveniently located register. The entire store experience seemed focused on the needs of the store staff, and not the needs of the customer.
