We are from out of town and we came to celebrate my nieces 17th birthday and took her shopping at the mall to pick out gifts. We were followed around the store the entire time being watched and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience. This same woman began speaking poorly about myself and my young nieces to another woman who worked there. They began to laugh and stare and we got so uncomfortable we bought one dress and left. My husband was so bothered he went in to speak with the manager in regard to us being made to feel uncomfortable. The manager that he spoke with was the woman who had been following us and making remarks. We were with young girls one of which who has social anxiety. This was unacceptable.
