- RTRenbourne Tran1 day ago1.0Absolute awful staff. The small girl with blonde hair was so kind. Then the taller angry lady who came to relieve her, was rude as all heck. My daughter went to grab another size and she made it very clear in her stance and attitude she had an issue with it. Was about to tell me she couldn’t grab another size when the other staff had zero issue with it. Miserable people should not take jobs in customer service. These are kids trying on dresses for prom… that’s your life. You work at a dress store in the mall at your big age.

The dress I ordered online didnt fit and make me feel beautiful. With the emotions of being pregnant, the stress of the wedding day around the corner, and not having any friends with me to shop... she comforted me and helped through the whole process. I found my dress, shoes, jewlery, dress tape all in store!!! I dont have to do anymore looking around my perfect wedding day outfit is complete thanks to Seirra! Overall so pleased and so greatful! I will definitely be coming back! Their store is so clean and organized! Filled with all of the trending cothes and dresses of your dreams with adorable prices.
