During my most recent visit, he went above and beyond — checking multiple sizes, colors, and materials, pulling options from both the floor and online, and taking the time to walk through everything with care. The entire experience felt easy, enjoyable, and personalized.
Even after I left, his level of service continued. A different associate had accidentally processed a duplicate charge, and when I called the store, Timothy handled everything immediately. He personally reviewed both receipts — including in-store purchases and ordered items — and followed up to ensure everything was accurate. That level of thoroughness and accountability is rare, especially considering the error was not his.
Timothy is not just a sales associate — he is a true stylist and a significant asset to Madewell. The company is incredibly fortunate to have someone who brings this level of professionalism, authenticity, and care to the client experience.
