I work in it myself and understand that sometimes people have bad days but to be rude to a customer who has done nothing at all is so unacceptable. I came in to the offline store today at 6:30 pm because I had an order that I was coming in the store to pick up. I walked in with my friend and there was a girl at the counter who was on her phone. I don’t care that she was on her phone by the way, but I do care how she treated me afterwards. She looked up at me and I smiled at her and approached the counter and she literally ignored me. I was a little confused and thrown off by it but it didn’t bother me that much. Then another blonde girl walked to the counter and I smiled at her as well and the whole time she was giving me a dirty look. I explained to the first girl that I had an order I was picking up and that I had never done this before so I wasn’t sure if I was in the right place. She then said “well are you supposed to be in the offline store of the aerie store” in a somewhat rude tone. I told her that I was just in the aerie store and they checked my phone and explained that my clothes were ready at the offline store and to come here instead. She said again in a rude tone “what’s the first name” and I replied with my name and then the second girl very rudely butt in and said “okay what’s the last name” with an annoyed look on her face. I told her and the second girl went to the back to grab my order. When she came out with my bag she didn’t even look at me or say anything and just dropped it on the counter. I said “thank you” but kind of wished that I didn’t. Like sorry??? Sorry that you have to do the job that you signed up for babe.
