  We had a last minute delivery scheduled for our kid at Binghamton. The delivery was great. I added the address that would best describe where the dorm room is located but it wasn’t exact. The delivery person was very patient and polite while we found the exact area to meet. The arrangement was pretty but most importantly, I was told that it made for a delicious breakfast!

  Placed a 200.00 order and when it the person received it, it was missing items and the flowers were just thrown in a vase. I called the the manager was very rude, and he refused to give me a full refund on the flowers. Would have rated them a zero if l could. Would never spend money here ever again

  If I could give this awful establishment "0" stars I would. The edible arrangement received was a disgrace. Very dear friends of our family just suffered a terrible loss. Since our family is from out of town, we were not able to attend the service in person. We opted to purchase an Edible Arrangement from this location to send to the family to let them know we were so very sorry for their loss and thinking of them during this difficult time. What was delivered to this family was an absolute embarrassment. This franchise not only falsely advertised their hours of operation, in which the family in mourning had to stay put all day waiting for something that never arrived, they also received a fruit arrangement that was half of what was advertised. When the arrangement finally arrived the following day, it was bare (see photo) and did not reflect what was advertised online. When we called the store to discuss our discontent, we were told that based on the order, the correct items were were sent. It is clear from the photo that the arrangement sent does not reflect the cost we paid or the product advertised. At no time did this establishment offer a solution or try to rectify the situation. They pathetically stand by their unethical practice of false advertising and misleading customers and should be ashamed of themselves. We reached out to Corporate Headquarters and expect this to be handled accordingly.

  My daughter ordered an arrangement for her 89 year old grandmother’s birthday well in advance of the delivery date. The recipient did not receive the order until 6:00 pm. That is not acceptable. The day is almost over by then not to mention it’s dark outside at that time and for an 89 year old that is late. I could see if the order was placed a day or two prior but being it was ordered well over a week in advance delivery that late is unacceptable.

  Ok I am soo oooo upset right now!!! For all my friends and family who.live in the Binghamton/Vestal NY area DO NOT use Edible Arrangements in Vestal. I placed an order for a bouquet for a new mom & dad who just had their first baby. A beautiful healthy baby boy. I placed the orderto be delivered the day they were getting discharged from the hospital AND stated on delivery instructions they were getting discharged to please deliver late. I also gave a phone # they could call the mom. Told the dad it was being delivered and they had phone #. No problem, the hospital is literally less than 5 minutes from their home. They came home to a note on door to call next day for delivery. I called the next morning and said but I gave phone # and was told "that's not our policy". I then said I paid for a fresh bouquet to be delivered not a day old one. With attitude I was told "all of our fruit has a 3 day shelf life". To which I replied, ok but you just took 1 day away. More attitude, I was told she'd look at the bouquet and if anything looks off, she'll switch out the spears. I stated but I paid for a FRESH bouquet. At this point, even tho she is NOT happy with me, she assures me she is going to make up a new fresh bouquet for delivery. The bouquet was delivered yesterday. The new mom notices right off the bananas look a bit funny but it's very hot and bananas turn fast. She doesn't say anything. She goes to eat a strawberry this morning and it's moldy! Needless to say whole thing goes in garbage... can't blame her I'd have done the same! Call and the women, again with attitude, says well our policy is to send out a box of chocolate covered strawberries. WHAT REALLY. Where did that new fresh bouquet you promised to make go and after the new mom gets a moldy strawberry you want to deliver her more strawberries. I did get a full refund, a disappointed new mom & dad, and aggravation. And someone needs to teach the owner not to take attitude with your customers. I will NEVER use Vestal Edible Arrangements again!!!!
