  I had a disappointing experience at Windsor with the manager Kelly during a recent return. I purchased a shirt after being encouraged by an employee who let me know I could return it if it didn’t work with my outfit. When I came back to return it, the manager refused because of a very small dark spot — smaller than a fingernail. What made the situation uncomfortable was the comment she made, questioning why someone would purchase the item in the first place. If I’m returning something, that already means it didn’t work out for me — that’s the whole point of having a return option. The comment felt unnecessary and dismissive. I understand that stores have policies, but tone and delivery matter. Instead of feeling helped, I left feeling judged and frustrated. It’s disappointing when customer service doesn’t match the brand’s expectations.

  I visited Windsor this morning to return two dresses. I had already completed the return process online through customer service and was given a QR code for an expedited in-store return. The cashier, Arianna (hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly), was amazing — friendly, professional, and welcoming. She made the process easy. However, what appeared to be the manager approached during the return and asked Arianna if she had inspected the items. I stated clearly that the dresses were brand new, tags intact, and I had just removed them from the plastic while waiting in line. The tone and approach felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Additionally, this same woman was near the entrance adjusting merchandise when I walked in and did not greet me at all. First impressions matter. My online customer service experience was excellent, and I’m glad I initiated the return beforehand. Unfortunately, the in-store interaction with the manager made the experience feel tense and unwelcoming. I will likely be reaching out to a district manager to share this feedback, as customer service at the leadership level should reflect professionalism and courtesy.

  Be aware they do not have a return policy, they say they allow returns but here at this location they do not. I came in to return a brand new, unworn white dress that had been sitting in the bag since purchase. I often buy multiple dresses online for important events and return what I don’t use, since stuff doesn't always fit or look right when it arrives in person. So I know for sure this one had not been worn, its a white dress so it'd clearly show any marks. I hand it to the employee at the register, who inspected it first, even turned it inside out and said nothing was wrong. Just as she was about to process the return, the manager walked over, pointed to a “spot” that wasn’t there, and refused the return, saying it was “clearly worn.” I felt completely gaslit and scammed by this lady. I wish I'd taken pictures but I was so distraught I just left. I wish anyone else had been in the store, I would’ve asked them to look because there was no spot at all. I rarely write reviews, but this felt extremely unfair and I've worked retail before so I didn't want to place pressure on the employee since managers can be really rude. This seems to be the case here.

  I visited this location yesterday in the afternoon. The 2 ladies at the register could not be bothered with helping anyone . Any time someone approached them with a question they simply walked away , consumed with their personal conversation. They were not friendly or professional. Not once did they offer help or a smile . There was one associate on the floor that was helpful , thank goodness for her because I was just about to walk out. There should be more training besides learning to restock and ring up on a register. You deal with the public all day .
