The young lady at the counter, Dasia, told me they couldn’t adjust my glasses because I didn’t buy them there. I asked since when that was the policy, because I know that isn’t true, and she claimed it was “company policy.” I asked her to call the manager, and she said he was out at dinner with his family. She then called someone else, but that person was no help either. Instead of answering my questions or explaining the policy, they couldn’t handle being questioned and the guy on the phone actually said to call security. I’ve purchased several pairs of sunglasses from this store in the past, but I will not be spending another dime here. I walked around the corner to Cohen’s, and they adjusted my glasses with no questions asked. That’s what real customer service looks like.
