  I am writing to commend Brandy and Jaylene at the American Eagle store for their excellent customer service. During my recent visit, they provided knowledgeable and patient assistance with sizing and questions regarding hoodies and sweatpants. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made for a highly positive shopping experience.

  Customer service was 10/10. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and helpful. Overall excellent shopping experience compared to other AE locations. Will definitely be making the trip to shop here again
