  Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason. The employee who was so unprofessional I genuinely couldn’t tell if it was a man or a woman accused me of stealing and aggressively searched my bag and checked my receipt. No explanation. No apology. Just pure hostility. The entire interaction was filled with eye-rolling, attitude, and blatant disrespect, as if my presence alone was an inconvenience. Let me be clear: being polite to customers is the bare minimum of your job. Spare me the “minimum wage” excuses. I work retail too, and I somehow manage to treat people with basic human decency. If you hate your job so much that you can’t control your attitude, do everyone a favor and quit instead of taking it out on paying customers. This was beyond rude it was humiliating, accusatory, and completely unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed. I will never return and will make sure others know to avoid this place.

  Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service I’ve never experienced customer service as rude and dismissive as what I encountered at Primark. Instead of being helpful, staff acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of professionalism. It’s frustrating to spend money in a store where respect and basic courtesy are clearly not a priority. Management seriously needs to address how their employees speak to and treat customers. Until then, I won’t be returning — and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience

  This store specifically is TRASH!! Customer Service TRASH!! Female Manager in the camouflage jacket RUDE and Clearly hates her job. God for bid you ask a question, they look at each other, laugh and walk away. Very Unprofessional but I guess that’s expected for Green Acres.

  I was shopping with my family but right before we started shopping my mom asked me if i wanted a shopping cart but i told her no because i was not getting a lot of things so i ended up putting the things i was buying in my baby stroller but like i said its wasn’t a lot of things i was getting.. so i saw a security guard he looks Indian with glasses older as well . he was looking at me from a far distance so i told my self let me remove the things from the stroller because the security guardis looking at me in some ways that made me feel uncomfortable as I was removing the things from the stroller, he approached me with a shopping basket he told me to put the things in the basket, but I told him no it was OK because it was not a lot of things and I will put it on top of the stroller so you guys can see it but he was trying to force the basket on me, but I told him no as when I told him no, he was on his headphones with someone telling the person and what I was wearing what color stroller I had who I was with I heard all those things because he started to follow me he kept getting closer and closer made me feel uncomfortable more I wanted to approach him, but my mom told me to wait until i Cash out then I can approach him, but I like I said I felt uncomfortable. I had my baby with me and my mom and the way he was following me around I don’t think anybody should experience that I always go to Primark to shop that never happened to me then after I felt uncomfortable, I approached him before I cashed out. I asked him why are u following me he told me he wasn’t following me so i told him u are so why he was like he’s not following me and laughing while he’s saying he not following me then he was like let me explain something, but then if he had to explain something to me why is he lying saying that he was not following me? so I told him you do not need to explain anything right before I told him that another guy came up with a basket again in a very rude way this guy was African-American. He did not had on a uniform. so they embarrass me in front of everybody so I did not purchase anything I left the store but like I said it was so uncomfortable. I have never got treated like this. I work for my money and I pay for my things. There’s no reason for me to go stealing clothes from Primark lol first of all, my daughter stroller is $1500. Why would I steel from Primark not to brag, but just saying btw that’s not how u do your job u wait to see if i go to the register to cash out then u can judge someone i know for sure if i was white he would have not do that to me
