  The worst sales experience ever!!! The customer service is horrible. I purchased items worth $80.86 on Monday February 9th . The cashier who served me was a tall dark skinned young man and he was busy talking to his co worker. I paid via Apple Pay . I got no receipt but I only realized that after I left . I bought a pair of jeans in a size medium but when I got home I realized it didn’t fit they were way too big . I sent my husband on Wednesday 11th of February to explain that we want to change the size to a small. He spoke with a woman who said she’s the manager and even after explaining, she was adamant that she can’t exchange it because we don’t have a receipt. She even went on to say she doesn’t know where we bought the item . Even after showing her the transaction on the phone . I told my husband to just leave the item because I don’t need it . The manager had an attitude very unbecoming of a manager. I will never shop at any Primark anymore. Every store has its policies and I understand that but insinuating that I did not purchase the pant from there was extremely disrespectful. I will ensure I find out her name to post it !

  I actually just started going to this location when I went on 1/15/26 and what I experienced I will never return. When I first walked in security was on the right of the door. I went to get something my older sister requested. I see the section I got to it and FaceTime my sister so she can let me know the items she wanted. I turn my head security is now standing there watching me. I tell him I’m not stealing, you standing there is making me a little uncomfortable. My sister hears this while she’s on the phone and my younger sister was also with me. I continue to shop he still watches. Go downstairs look around, grab some more things. The young ladies that were downstairs were great helped out also. Go upstairs there’s no one at the register so we have to do self checkout. I scan ALL my items but then remember I have stuff for my sister who was giving me the money back and I wanted her to have her own receipt incase she needed to return something. As I’m turning to ask the team member that was in self checkout to void my scan so I can scan her stuff separate she was already on her way to me and grabbed a bag I was purchasing and opened it as if I had other merchandise in it. I said I’m not stealing I’m not a thief. The way she came over didn’t say anything just grabbed the bag like she was going to bust me was unbelievable. I was immediately pissed. I look at my sister I said I’m not purchasing anything I’ll just get the things our sister wanted and that’s it. I tell the girl you can take this other stuff and what’s your name. She’s says why, I see her name tag in her hand and look and say Angelica it’s ok I’m not purchasing these items and she calls someone on her headset. She says I’m getting the manager. Manager Johnny comes over asks what happen I tell him she grabbed the bag and checked it like I was stealing something. He said that’s her job. I tell him she could have been more professional I told him maybe I get that I have a hat on but the hat is on because my hair isn’t done. The fact I had to explain my appearance was crazy. He apologized for my shopping experience after I told him what the security did also. I paid for the items for my sister and left. I was so upset I wanted the other items but they clearly don’t want my money. Everything would have totaled $150/$160 but I left paying $76 that I was getting paid back anyway but the treatment and feeling like a criminal was shocking. I left feeling like I did something wrong but primark doesn’t have to worry I got the message I will keep my money in my pocket! When I went to give my older sister the items I told her about what happen she wanted me to return everything but I didn’t want to step back into that store

  Hands down the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason. The employee who was so unprofessional I genuinely couldn’t tell if it was a man or a woman accused me of stealing and aggressively searched my bag and checked my receipt. No explanation. No apology. Just pure hostility. The entire interaction was filled with eye-rolling, attitude, and blatant disrespect, as if my presence alone was an inconvenience. Let me be clear: being polite to customers is the bare minimum of your job. Spare me the “minimum wage” excuses. I work retail too, and I somehow manage to treat people with basic human decency. If you hate your job so much that you can’t control your attitude, do everyone a favor and quit instead of taking it out on paying customers. This was beyond rude it was humiliating, accusatory, and completely unacceptable. Management should be embarrassed. I will never return and will make sure others know to avoid this place.

  Extremely Disappointed With the Customer Service I’ve never experienced customer service as rude and dismissive as what I encountered at Primark. Instead of being helpful, staff acted as if customers were an inconvenience. Simple questions were met with attitude, eye-rolling, and a complete lack of professionalism. It’s frustrating to spend money in a store where respect and basic courtesy are clearly not a priority. Management seriously needs to address how their employees speak to and treat customers. Until then, I won’t be returning — and I certainly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive shopping experience
