- JAjayline aliceaDec 29, 20251.0This location is truly a hit or miss with associates and today was, unfortunately, one of those days that was a BIG miss. I came in to look for an outfit for the end of the holiday season and I found an item that was cute but I couldn’t find the tag that showed the size. I asked an associate, in a green short maxi dress, if she could assist me with finding the size and she tosses the skirt inside out and says a size and that there were no more sizes of this item. She doesn’t offer to help me find another item that was similar or suitable for what I was looking for but continues her conversation with another associate like I wasn’t even speaking with her. I finally find something I’d like to try on and they just so happened to be closing in a couple of minutes, she decides to come over, right away, and make sure I was aware that they’d be closing soon. I was out of the fitting room in 2 minutes. I decided not to purchase any items from this location because each interaction was distasteful instead of informative and helpful. Paying clients should not feel this way. I’d really like to hear from someone in charge of this location regarding my experience.
- EOEla OrlaNov 4, 20251.0The manager Jocelyn is an absolute terrible person. She is miserable. I bought a bunch of things for an event and wasn’t sure which I would wear. I ended up wearing two of the pieces, but was left with four unworn pieces of clothing when I went to go return the four pieces of clothing that were unworn. She was making up excuses on why I wasn’t able to return it. I’m not sure if it affects her salary which can’t be much anyways, but I’m extremely disappointed and will not be returning. It’s a shame that these big companies hire such terrible people to run their stores. I have reached out to above parties and they are willing to investigate so hopefully the store will get better Management.
