- KLKayla LopezJan 3, 20261.0Today, January 3rd I drove to Destiny to return something I bought planning to wear for New Years. I didn’t end up wearing it because it didn’t look right with my pants. The tag ripped off while I was putting it on since it was a zip back I didn’t have anyone to zip it for me so I did. At Windsor the worker told me they can’t take back items without the tag. I pointed to the counter nicely and told her the tag is right here. She told me it didn’t matter it has to be attached. I don’t understand this policy. I paid $42 for this shirt, without even wearing it and I get screwed over. I don’t agree with this policy and think it should be changed.

- TDTaisha DickersonApr 13, 20231.0The problem is not the merchandise, but the poor customer service at this particular store. It didn’t start out that way. There was a young lady working the dressing room and she was quite attentive and welcoming. By the time we were ready to make a purchase, our experience changed. My daughter and I stood at the register for quite some time waiting to purchase the dress we had picked out. There was a person behind the register but she didn’t speak or acknowledge us. After several minutes she walked away to a group of employees at the middle of the store, telling them that someone needed to go to the register. We still had to wait several more minutes for someone to come over and ring us up. We drove 1.5 hours specifically to visit the store to find and buy a prom dress for my daughter, only to discover that the associate failed to remove the security tag when we returned home. I am feeling quite annoyed to have to travel an hour and a half just to have the tag removed. If I had a choice in the matter, I would just return the dress. I know people make mistakes, so the tag not being removed was just icing on the cake for me.
