Dave was obnoxious, insulting and rude to me as I was looking for MY gun or My money. He tossed cash at me that he intially claimed, he didnt have? Dave also demanded I sign his white copy and told me, never return. I've worked in customer service, my whole life. Never have I been treated so poorly. If I could leave a negative star, I would. Had I been a man, he would have never treated me as he did. However, Dave discovered, I don't intimidate easily. Shop online or elsewhere for fresh items, real customer service and honesty. I'll be happy to back up my words, as I have the original, dated receipt. Fair warning folks: If you have consignments with them, get back asap as I'm sure the lights won't be on, much longer.
